Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The property is beautifully designed and super clean! The heated pool was a delightful surprise, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—a key for a relaxing stay! !

But the breakfast was underwhelming, and the customer service needed a boost—a few staff seemed indifferent to our needs.

The heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were rejuvenating after our day out exploring! 🏊‍♀️ The spacious Standard King Room provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The convenience of being just a stone's throw from good restaurants and amazing views was a cherry on top!

Spent 5 nights in a king room and honestly, I felt very welcomed. Staff was great at giving tips for exploring the area. The breakfast had these yummy cinnamon rolls that were hard to resist! Just a bummer the shower was kinda slimy – housekeeping might wanna step it up there.

The hotel offers a fantastic view and is just a short walk from the Los Alamos Nature Center and Ashley Pond Park, perfect for weekend strolls while soaking in the scenery. I loved how the staff were super nice and very helpful, providing great recommendations for getting the most out of my time.
